• Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance; logs operating conditions and addresses deviations.
• Maintains comfort levels within policy temperature and humidity guidelines.
• Operates medical gas and vacuum systems within guidelines.
• Cleans equipment and work area for a safe, clean environment.
• Communicates effectively with staff and takes responsibility for equipment.
