Equinox seeks a Licensed Spa Coordinator for our Woodland Hills club. You will welcome guests, orient them to spa facilities, and provide personal service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The role includes staffing, marketing outreach, and daily operations while upholding Equinox’s high standards. Requirements include a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License, leadership experience, and superb customer service.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic LicensedSpa Coordinator to join the Equinox team at ourclub in Woodland Hills. This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.

The LicensedSpa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• interviewing, hiring and coaching staff members

• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License


• 2 years of leading a team into finacial success


• Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills


• Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality


• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment


• Basic math and money handling skills

Pay Transparency : $20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
