Equinox in West Palm Beach is seeking an energetic, Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our spa team. You will greet members, orient clients to the facilities, and provide services to guests to ensure a memorable experience.

The role includes supervising staff, managing daily operations, inventory, and client relationships while promoting spa offerings and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a Florida Massage Therapy license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and coaching staff members.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets.
• Perform up to 10 treatments per week.
• Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities and answering guests' questions.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programming promotions.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible to help ensure a memorable experience for our members and clients. This includes greeting members as they enter the facilities, orienting spa clients to the spa facilities, and providing services to clients.
