Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC licensure required.
• Experience in mental health settings with children/adolescents preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, multi-family and group therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with treatment team, physicians, and referral sources.
• Complete assessments and contribute to discharge planning and summaries.
