Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Ohio licensure such as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Experience as licensed social worker or counselor in mental health care.
• Knowledge of developmental and psychiatric needs across ages 3–18.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between treatment team, physicians, referrals, and outside providers.
• Provide individual, family, multi-family and group therapy as needed.
• Complete assessments and contribute to the master treatment plan.
• Ensure discharge planning is complete and contribute to discharge summaries.
