Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a full-time temporary Social Worker in Virginia Beach to support the emotional and social needs of residents. The role involves assisting the Director in managing the social services department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Worker if required.
- Experience in Long Term Care and behavioral health is required.
- Experience in healthcare or social services preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal/written instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in addressing residents' emotional and social needs.
- Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct Social Services.
- Follow health and sanitation policies.
