Saber Health Group in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Social Services professional to assist the Director and oversee the facility's social services operations, ensuring residents receive compassionate and compliant care. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and evaluating services to meet emotional and social needs.

The full-time position offers a Monday–Friday first shift, $25.00 per hour based on experience, and a robust benefits package designed to support employees and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulations governing social services in nursing care facilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director to ensure the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met on an individual basis.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with standards and policies.
