Job summary

Bond Health in Brooklyn is seeking a Licensed Clinician for a full-time role based in our Client field offices. The clinician will provide direct clinical services to families referred to Child Protective Services and coordinate IPV-related care.

The role requires in-person presence in Brooklyn, with after-hours consultation as needed and occasional travel to other agency sites. Active clinical licensure and experience with IPV are essential.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license required (not a limited permit).
• Experience working with families affected by IPV.
• Experience with evidence-based assessment models.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical work to CPS-referred families, assessing needs.
• Participate in planning conferences as IPV expert.
• Tailor internal and external referrals to meet family needs in collaboration with Access and Referral Department.
• Ensure warm handoffs in referrals.
• Facilitate trainings for clinical and CPS teams.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Provide after-hours consultation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
