Job summary

Bond Health seeks a Licensed Clinician for a full-time role in Brooklyn. The clinician will deliver direct clinical services to families referred by Child Protective Services, provide guidance, training, and coordination with CPS teams, and ensure warm handoffs to community providers.

In-person presence at Client field offices is required, with occasional travel to other sites. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with after-hours consultation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active clinical license (LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, LMHC).
• Experience diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Experience with Evidence Based Models and multiple assessment measures.
• Commitment to healing-centered, family-driven, anti-oppressive practice.
• Highly organized, self-motivated worker capable of multi-tasking.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical work to families referred to CPS, including assessment of needs.
• Actively participate in planning conferences, acting as mental health expert.
• Ensure referrals are individualized and tailored with the Access and Referral Department.
• Ensure warm handoffs in making referrals.
• Facilitate trainings for the clinical team and the Client CPS team.
• Participate in all relevant internal and external meetings.
• Provide after hours coverage for consultation, as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
