Job summary

Bond Health seeks a Licensed Clinician for a full-time role in Brooklyn. The clinician will deliver direct clinical services to families referred by Child Protective Services, provide guidance, training, and coordination with CPS teams, and ensure warm handoffs to community providers.

In-person presence at Client field offices is required, with occasional travel to other sites. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with after-hours consultation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active clinical license (LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, LMHC).
• Experience diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Experience with Evidence Based Models and multiple assessment measures.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday at a specified Client Field Offices. Work hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with availability for after-hour consultation.

Salary

$72,000-75,000 per year plus benefits

Overview

The full-time Clinician provides direct clinical services and clinical guidance, training, and support to a Client Child Protective Services team. The clinician works collaboratively with the CPS team, providing feedback on a family's mental health needs, assisting with referrals for subsequent mental health treatment and providing warm hand offs to community based providers.

This position requires daily in-person presence at an Client field office in Brooklyn or in the community as needed. Occasional travel to other agency sites or meetings may also be required.
