Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a Licensed Clinician in Brooklyn for a full-time role serving families referred to Child Protective Services. The clinician will work in Client field offices, provide direct IPV-focused services, and support referrals with warm hand-offs. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, IPV expertise in planning conferences, trainings, and collaboration with CPS teams, with after-hours availability as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active clinical license required (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)
  • Experience with families affected by IPV
  • Familiar with evidence-based models and assessment measures
  • Commitment to healing-centered, family-driven, anti-oppressive practice
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges
  • Familiarity with Connections platform
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willing to travel to other sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical work to CPS-referred families and assess needs
  • Actively participate in planning conferences as IPV expert
  • Ensure referrals are individualized and integrated with Access and Referral
  • Facilitate warm hand-offs for referrals
  • Lead trainings for clinical and CPS teams
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Provide after-hours consultation as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
