Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Social Worker for the Complex Case Unit in Augusta, ME. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and coordinate social work interventions, providing support and advocacy to individuals and families in need.

The position requires MSW (or higher) and current LSW/RSW licensure, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. CPR, health cert, and regulatory compliance are also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required
• Current state licensure as an LSW or current state registration as an RSW depending on state
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Licensed Social Worker - Complex Case Unit - Complex Case Unit - Complex Case Unit collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Social Worker - Complex Case Unit - Complex Case Unit - Complex Case Unit will provide support, advocacy, and resources to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, coordinating services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote overall well-being.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required
