Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Social Worker for a contract- full-time role in Bath, ME. The Social Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to IHP/IEP development for students needing social work intervention in a school setting.

The position requires a School Social Worker endorsement or licensure, with potential MSW/LCSW, CPR and health requirements as per contract and state rules.

Qualifications

• Holds a Professional Educator License with School SocialWorker (SSW) endorsement as required by state, contract and/or facility
• May be required to have MSW or LCSW per state, contract orfacility
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
