Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• Active New York LMSW license and a valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain required field credentials within the first three months of employment required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of homelessness services, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and housing-focused service models preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Supervise outreach staff, provide ongoing coaching, and oversee daily field operations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Staff Scheduling: Develop team schedules, coordinate field coverage, and manage staffing needs to maintain continuous outreach services.
• Community Outreach: Guide outreach efforts, assess client needs, and support connections to housing, behavioral health, and community resources.
• Crisis Response: Provide leadership during emergency situations, support crisis intervention efforts, and assist with complex client cases in the field.
• Compliance & Documentation: Monitor program documentation, reporting, and operational performance to ensure compliance with organizational and contractual standards.
