ARMStaffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The therapist will develop appropriate care plans while adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year of SLP experience, LTC or Rehab experience, Oklahoma State License, CCC certification, and new graduates with Level II experience are accepted. Excellent support and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience.
• LTC or Rehab experience.
• Oklahoma State License.
• CCC certified SLP.
• New graduates acceptable with Level II experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record according to regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make referrals based on outcomes.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and service providers regarding speech disorders.
• Communicate with supervisors and healthcare team about patient progress and plans.
• Document information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.
• Supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists.
