Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience in LTC or Rehab.
• Oklahoma State License or eligible for licensure.
• CCC certification required (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document services in electronic systems and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
