Job summary

Visionworks in Las Vegas is seeking a Licensed Senior Optical Specialist – Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey with a human and bold approach. You will combine optics knowledge with exceptional customer service to meet eyewear needs and drive sales.

You will lead daily sales goals, mentor staff, and manage in-store operations from merchandising to order fulfillment, while maintaining product knowledge and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• State Optician License required.
• Customer or patient service experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and ensure correct fit with product knowledge and training.
• Handle day-to-day store operations: restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment of eyewear.
