Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead in the Las Vegas area to be the face of the store and guide customers through the Visionworks experience with human and bold service.

Ideal candidates have 12 months optical experience or ABO certification and a HS diploma; licensing requirements per state may apply. The role emphasizes sales goals, product knowledge, and customer care in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed.
