Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Sparks, NV to be the face of our store and guide patients through their eyewear journey with warmth and expertise.

You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, recommend products, ensure accurate measurements, and support store operations. A current optician license and a HS diploma are required, with a full-time schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician license required.
• Customer or patient service experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsabilités

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
