Job summary

The Misch Group is seeking a licensed Senior Architect in Dallas to lead complex architectural projects from concept to completion. You will direct design development, coordinate with clients and consultants, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and proven experience delivering mid-to-large scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with NCARB certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 7–10+ years of architectural experience with leadership on mid-to-large scale projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; rendering tools a plus.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, documentation standards, and detailing.
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for assigned projects across conceptual to construction documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams including designers and engineers.
