Job summary

Quail Ridge is seeking a licensed Community Safety/Security Officer for the second shift (3pm–11pm) to join our in-house team. You will protect residents, guests and property, perform gatehouse and patrol duties, verify guest authorization and respond to emergencies.

This full-time role offers weekly pay and a benefits package after 60 days, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with 4% match, and license renewal support after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida D and G Security/Firearms licenses and maintain active status.
• Unarmed Officers D license only and active status.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications must be obtained/maintained.
• Military, law enforcement, emergency medical or significant security experience is preferred.
• Must be insurable under Quail Ridge's motor vehicle insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide gatehouse and patrol duties for the community.
• Assist residents/members and verify guest authorization.
• Monitor grounds and homes and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
