Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Community Safety/Security Officer for the second shift (3pm–11pm). The role involves protecting members, guests, employees, and property through gatehouse and patrol duties, responding to emergencies, and assisting residents.

Qualified candidates hold Florida D and G licenses (unarmed D license acceptable), must be 21+, HS diploma, valid FL driver's license, and CPR/AED/1st Aid.

Qualifications

• Must have current State of Florida D’ and G’ Security/Firearms licenses and maintain state requalification's and active license status
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Must have a valid State of Florida Driver's License
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certifications
• Military, law enforcement, emergency medical or significant security experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents/members, verify guest authorization and process entrants to the community
• Monitor grounds and homes, respond to emergencies and incidents
• Perform gatehouse and patrol duties and other assigned tasks
