Job summary

Harbour Ridge Property Owners Association Inc is seeking a Security Officer for 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). The role involves patrolling Harbour Ridge properties, controlling entry at gates, and ensuring only authorized individuals have access to the community.

Qualifications

• Requires a Florida Driver's License and be eligible to meet insurer requirements.
• Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED.
• Ability to read, interpret safety rules and procedure manuals; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control at gate using phone and computer systems to verify clearance.
• Verify resident identity and permissions to access Harbour Ridge.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents, visitors, and guests.
• Patrol Harbour Ridge properties and roads; respond to routine and emergency calls.
• Enforce traffic regulations within Harbour Ridge and document incidents.
