Job summary

Quail Ridge is seeking a licensed Community Safety/Security Officer for the second shift (3pm-11pm) to protect residents, guests, employees, and property. Join an in-house team that values friendliness and dynamism.

Responsibilities include gatehouse duties, patrolling, responding to emergencies, and assisting residents. Candidates must hold Florida security licenses, have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have current State of Florida D' and G' Security/Firearms licenses and maintain state requalification's and active license status.
• Unarmed Officers License D only and active license status.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must have a valid State of Florida Driver's License.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certifications.

Second Shift- 3pm-11pm Security Officer- Full time

We are looking for in-house friendly and dynamic licensed Community Safety/Security Officers to join our outstanding team to serve and protect the members, guests, employees, property and other resources of Quail Ridge properties.

Essential functions

to include gatehouse and patrol duties: Provide assistance to residents/members, verify guest authorization and process entrants to the community, monitor grounds and homes, respond to all emergencies and incidents, and perform a variety of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to take the initiative, and have the ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Must be able to walk extensively as well as sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing job functions
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs in various forms
• Must be physically able to - run, jump, protecting one's self from physical harm may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods both indoors and outdoors in the heat, cold, rain, etc
