Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and completion of bus driver training.
• Valid California Class B Driver’s License with P and S endorsements.
• California School Bus Driver Certificate Bloodborne Pathogens and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus on designated routes and transport students and staff per schedule.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain order on board and communicate with staff and parents as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and follow district procedures.
• Complete required logs, reports, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
