Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Manager to hit revenue goals and analyze performance data to grow the business.

• Lead with Ownership — Run the day‑to‑day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back

What You'll Earn

• $35–$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period
