Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts of Shoreline is seeking a Salon Store Manager to lead daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and client service in a thriving Shoreline salon.

You’ll build a winning team, set service standards, and drive revenue with data-informed decisions. Management experience preferred; licensed cosmetology or barber license required; flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations: scheduling, inventory, POS, and payroll accuracy.
• Hire, coach, and develop stylists to maintain high performance and client satisfaction.
• Uphold service standards and salon culture to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with Area Manager to hit revenue targets and analyze performance data.
• Ensure compliance, licensing, and safety policies are followed.

• Lead with Ownership - Run the day-to-day: scheduling, inventory, POS, and operations so the salon runs smoothly and clients keep coming back
• Build a Winning Team - Hire, coach, and develop stylists who are motivated, accountable, and proud of where they work
• Set the Standard - Create a salon culture where exceptional service isn't the exception - it's the expectation
• Drive Real Results - Partner with your Area Manager to hit revenue goals, track performance, and make data-informed decisions that grow the business
• Lead with Integrity - Manage payroll, compliance, licensing, and safety with the confidence of someone who takes ownership seriously
• Stay Ahead - Keep your team current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices so your salon stays competitive and your stylists stay engaged

What You'll Earn

• $35-$55/hr (base + tips + commission)
• Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $4/hr - 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What We're Looking For

• Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
• Management experience preferred - salon, spa, retail, or store management
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
