Job summary
Sport Clips, Inc. is looking for an energetic Assistant Salon Manager in Leland, NC. You will support daily salon operations, guide hair stylists, and help create an outstanding client experience while mentoring team members toward peak performance.
The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience, excellent communication, and a passion for service. You will collaborate with the Salon Manager to drive results, training, and a welcoming, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- State cosmetology or barber license required.
- Prior salon leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and develop stylists.
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall management of salon operations.
- Provide guidance and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to meet revenue goals.
