The Rodriguez Insurance Group is hiring a Licensed Sales Producer to help individuals and families protect what matters most with personalized insurance solutions. We offer licensing support, paid training, and opportunities to earn uncapped commissions, plus a starting pay of $15 per hour for entry-level licensed candidates and $17–$18 per hour for experienced licensees.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions.

Your day will include

• Building relationships with prospective customers
