The Rodriguez Insurance Group in Texas is expanding its team of licensed sales professionals to help individuals and families protect what matters most with personalized insurance solutions.

You will build relationships, follow up on leads, and reach out to generate new business while learning and growing within a supportive agency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Property & Casualty License preferred (required after hire if not currently licensed)
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions.

Your day will include:

• Building relationships with prospective customers


• Following up on company-provided leads


• Making outbound calls to generate new business


• Identifying customers' insurance needs


• Recommending the right coverage options


• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals


• Conducting policy reviews and educating clients on available products

Starting Pay

• Entry-level licensed candidates: Starting around $15/hour


• Experienced licensed professionals: $17-$18/hour

Plus:

Performance-based earning potential of $30,000-$90,000+ annually
