Job summary

David Worley Agency, Inc. is expanding its sales team in Texas and seeking professionals with phone sales experience. If you have a Texas Property & Casualty license, strong communication, and enjoy building client relationships, this is the role for you. We offer PTO, hands-on training, flexible schedule, and a Mon-Fri workweek.

You will connect with prospective clients, draft insurance proposals, and manage daily activities to grow our insurance business.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role where building relationships was the main focus.
• Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and on the phone.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and insurance software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Life & Health license is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand what they need to feel secure and protected.
• Draft insurance proposals that offer genuine value rather than just a quote.
• Maintain an organized daily schedule to follow up with leads and current policyholders.
• Maintain a daily outbound call volume of 150 calls a day.
• Market to lenders and other businesses that can refer you clients.
• Keep our records accurate and up-to-date to ensure we stay compliant and efficient.
• Educate clients on their coverage options so they feel confident in their financial decisions.
