Qualifications

• Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven success in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency goals.
• Identify prospective clients and actively engage them to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.
• Customize insurance plans to best suit individual client requirements and financial situations.
