Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification valid.
• Ability to provide quality patient care under standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as prescribed by physician, within scope of practice.
• Administer professional services and support residents' highest practicable well‑being.
• Admit/transfer/discharge residents according to policy.
• Conduct daily rounds and update care plans as needed.
• Record care information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Prepare/ administer medications as ordered and monitor responses.
• Supervise CNAs and assist in nursing assignments.
• Participate in QA, HIPAA compliance, and infection control activities.
