Qualifications

Current Washington State 01 or 02 Plumbing License
3+ years of professional plumbing experience
Residential and commercial plumbing experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Diagnose leaks, drainage problems, water issues, and plumbing system failures
Repair and install water lines and plumbing systems
Service and work on wells and well-house plumbing
Install and repair toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, and related equipment
Perform plumbing inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Troubleshoot problems and determine the appropriate repair solution
Complete plumbing installations and system modifications
Work in accordance with Washington plumbing codes and company safety standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and property owners
Complete assigned work independently while communicating with the team as needed

West Mechanical is looking for an experienced licensed plumber who can confidently handle service, repair, maintenance, and installation work across residential and commercial properties.

This is a field-based position for a plumber who values independence, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can diagnose problems without needing constant supervision. You'll dispatch from home in a fully equipped company vehicle and have the support of an established team behind you.
