Job summary

Braintree Academy is seeking a part-time K-6 teacher to support students and families in a flexible, home-centered learning environment. You will deliver asynchronous and synchronous instruction, coordinate with parent learning coaches, and monitor progress.

Candidates must reside in one of the eligible states (ID, IN, MS, ND, OK, TN, UT, WY) and hold a current teaching license or be eligible to transfer. Average weekly hours range from 8 to 15, with occasional testing and MTSS support.

Qualifications

• 1 year teaching experience preferred
• Must reside in one of the eligible states: ID, IN, MS, ND, OK, TN, UT, WY
• Current teaching license with willingness/eligibility to transfer

Responsibilities

• Provide support for K-6 students and parent learning coaches in a flexible, home-centered environment.
• Deliver asynchronous and synchronous instruction using online tools; maintain open communication with families.
• Participate in MTSS processes, testing coordination, and staff meetings as required.
