Tennessee Connections Academy, a tuition-free online public school, seeks an Intermediate School Teacher to join the virtual team from your home in Tennessee. You will manage instructional programs and collaborate with learning coaches to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach grades 4-8 in Tennessee.
• Strong tech skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized and punctual.
• Willingness to travel for marketing and state testing events.
• Ability to work some evenings and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily synchronous instruction aligned to TN standards.
• Conduct asynchronous/synchronous web conferences to support learning.
• Complete grading, progress reports, and parent conferences.
• Develop and update Personal Learning Plans with parents and students.
• Maintain student records and attendance in the system.
• Coordinate field trips and social activities when applicable.
