Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is hiring a Licensed Relationship Manager to deliver superior member service while promoting Wealth Management and a consultative, needs-based sales approach. You will deepen existing relationships, cross-sell HVCU products, and create lifelong financial relationships.

The role leverages Series 7/66, SIE, and Notary credentials to support investments and member services, with strong emphasis on compliance, training, and collaboration across branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• SIE, Series 7/66, NMLS, Notary within specified timelines
• FINRA background screening required

Responsibilities

• Use Series 7 & 66 to support memberships, accounts, loans, and investment services for members.
• Monitor member care calls and assist with loan queues to expand cross-selling opportunities.
• Refer members to Financial Consultant for products beyond assigned limits.
• Assist Wealth Management with informational meetings, lead generation, and education of investment services.
• Support marketing programs and promote features/benefits of promoted products to close sales.
• Assist branch operations including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Perform teller transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality and security.
