Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Licensed Relationship Manager to provide superior member service through accurate transaction processing and a consultative needs-based sales approach. This role promotes Wealth Management across the full line of investment services by establishing new member relationships and expanding existing ones.

Responsibilities include leveraging Series 7/66 and SIE to support investments, assisting with loan queues, and collaborating with Financial Consultants.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Must be able to apply consultative, needs-based sales approach.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services.
• Ability to coordinate with Financial Consultants and cross-sell effectively.

Responsibilities

• Use Series 7/66 to support new memberships, accounts, loans, and investments.
• Assist with loan queues and member care calls to expand cross-sell opportunities.
• Refer complex investment needs to Financial Consultant and promote wealth offerings.
• Support branch operations, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Collaborate on marketing programs to raise member awareness and drive sales.
