Job summary

Shannon Rehabilitation Hospital in Texas seeks a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. You will supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to promote recovery while collaborating with multiple departments for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state is required.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
