Shannon Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team in Texas. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patient-centered recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones in their recovery.
