Job summary

Shannon Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate patient milestones and victories.
