Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead HVAC/R and building maintenance across a local region. You will coach a team of technicians, partner with store managers, and drive reliability through data-driven maintenance strategies.

The role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA Universal Certification, and 3–5 years in facilities/construction management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across assigned locations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify needs.
• Utilize reporting and analytics to improve maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and ensure licensing and inspections.
