Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Texas.
• 2+ years in transaction or listing management.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Guide transactions from pre-listing through closing.
• Coordinate seller property prep, photos, staging, repairs.
• Manage all transaction docs and deadlines.
• Provide weekly updates to sellers on showings and marketing.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage inspections, repairs, closings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and transaction systems.
• Oversee office supply inventory and ordering.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Support general office operations.
• Maintain a supportive in-office presence for agents.
• Assist team members with transaction questions.
• Conduct real estate research across topics.
• Perform contract review and research.
