Texas notary and Texas title license required, with a minimum of three years of experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage multiple files in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience
• Independently manage assigned files from opening through closing and funding
• Review title commitments and resolve Schedule B/C requirements
• Order and track surveys, secure payoffs, gather items to clear title
• Prepare settlement statements and Closing Disclosures, process lender instructions
• Conduct closings and signings with buyers, sellers, borrowers
• Review all legal documents for accuracy of names, dates, descriptions
• Serve as point of contact for escalated client or Producer concerns
• Support and mentor Escrow Coordinators
• Perform general office duties and use title software

Responsibilities

• Served as primary contact to close transactions with customers
• Manage and coordinate title commitments, surveys, and payoffs
• Prepare closing documents and disclosures with lender requirements
• Conduct closings with buyers/sellers/borrowers in a professional manner
• Review documents for accuracy and vesting
• Escalate and resolve client/producer concerns efficiently
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with escrow team
