Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. invites you to join our direct sales team at resort-based centers and present to prospective owners, highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership in a high-energy environment.

You will build rapport, discuss travel benefits, and drive sales through initial transactions and effective closing techniques. Compensation includes hourly wages during training and commission-based earnings afterward, with benefits available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
