Milestone Property Group is seeking a Showing Assistant in Akron, OH. You will support licensed agents by guiding clients to homes, preparing offers, and delivering feedback to refine search criteria.

Expect to engage in coaching, team trainings, and growth opportunities through PLACE technology and a structured launch program. The role emphasizes people skills, relationship building, and a strong drive to succeed within a top-performing real estate team with revenue sharing and investment

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active real estate license.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Utilize team provided technology
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
