Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing CMA reports, managing contracts and documents, and presenting properties to buyers and investors. We offer strong support, flexible schedule, and earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the country.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and financial capacity to tailor real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed CMA to determine values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closings per standards.
• Maintain and update listings to reflect current market conditions.
• Market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
