Qualificações

• Licensed real estate professional or currently in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for guiding clients.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients' needs and financial capacity to tailor real estate solutions.
• Conduct CMA to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect current market.
• Market properties to buyers and investors.
