Qualifications

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect current market conditions.
• Present and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
