Job summary

Windermere Real Estate in Seattle is seeking a motivated Broker to join a collaborative team as a trusted advisor guiding clients through home buying and selling journeys.

You will assess client needs, perform CMA analyses, prepare contracts and documents, and maintain up-to-date property listings while marketing properties to buyers and investors. A strong sales background and real estate licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for property visits and meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation.
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
